Infrastructure Engineer

We are currently supporting a client in the search for an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join their security and connectivity engineering team. This role offers the opportunity to work on enterprise-scale secure web access and SASE transformation initiatives within a highly regulated environment.Job title: Infrastructure EngineerLocation: Edinburgh, Leeds, Halifax, Manchester or Bristol (please specify preferred client location when applying)Hybrid Working: 2 days per week onsite at client locationRate: Up to £450 per day (Inside IR35)The successful candidate will play a key role in the engineering, automation and lifecycle management of technologies that enable secure colleague and machine web access, with a strong focus on modern engineering practices, DevOps delivery and infrastructure automation.Key Responsibilities:Deliver hands-on DevOps engineering using Infrastructure as Code, Policy as Code, CI/CD pipelines, API-driven automation and automated testingBuild, enhance and maintain secure web access infrastructure including proxy services, protected enterprise browsers and web/API traffic controlsSupport the evolution of infrastructure and security patterns for internet connectivity, browser policy management and B2B integrationsCollaborate with product and platform teams on technical design, architecture and roadmap planningConduct root cause analysis and support incident remediation alongside security and platform engineering teamsImplement ..... full job details .....
