The successful candidate will play a key role in improving the stability, security and performance of the infrastructure estate, with a particular focus on VMware, server patching, network infrastructure and vulnerability remediation. This is a hands-on technical role suited to an engineer who is comfortable working across both Windows and Linux environments and can independently deliver infrastructure improvements within a live production environment. Responsibilities Administer, patch and maintain VMware ESXi 8.0.3 environments Apply and manage VMware licensing upgrades Deliver infrastructure patching and vulnerability remediation activities across the estate Perform firmware upgrades and maintenance of Dell iDRAC 8 and 9 systems Deploy and manage operating system, anti-virus and EUC patching Support Cisco Meraki network infrastructure, including switches, firewalls and connectivity Maintain and support Windows Server 2016 and 2019 environments Work within Oracle Linux and legacy Linux environments Investigate...
