Infrastructure EngineerLondon (Hybrid - typically 3 days onsite / 2 days WFH)DV Clearance Required 50,000 - 75,000 + BenefitsOur client is seeking a proactive and motivated Infrastructure Engineer to support the design, implementation and ongoing management of critical IT infrastructure across customer and internal environments.This is an excellent opportunity for a junior to mid-level infrastructure professional looking to further develop their career within a growing defence focused organisation. The successful candidate will gain exposure to infrastructure delivery, automation, networking, virtualisation, cloud technologies and enterprise-scale IT environments.Key ResponsibilitiesInfrastructure Design and DeliveryDesign, build and deploy physical and virtual infrastructure solutions.Support the delivery of infrastructure projects aligned to customer requirements.Contribute to infrastructure improvements and technology refresh initiatives.Provide ongoing support for deployed infrastructure environments.Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues.Support backup, recovery and vulnerability management processes.Develop and maintain automation scripts and tooling.Support Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and system automation initiatives.Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation.
