Infrastructure Engineer

We’re seeking a proactive and technically skilled Infrastructure Engineer to join an IT Services and Consultancy team. You’ll play a key role in maintaining system health, resolving technical issues, and supporting infrastructure deployments. Prioritise and resolve support requests from users.Manage IT assets and support onboarding/offboarding processes.Monitor system health and optimise performance.Deploy updates, fixes, and conduct root cause analysis.Automate tasks including reporting and visualisation.Support new and existing IT deployments and integrations.Provide second-line technical support and build tools to enhance user experience.Collaborate with teams for documentation and requirements gathering.Promote a problem-solving mindset and team-oriented approach.Additional Expectations
