The vacancy We are looking for an Infrastructure Engineer and Support Specialist to join our IT team based at our Westerham site. This a permanent, full time, on-site position. You ll work closely with business stakeholders to deliver projects, support end-users, and ensure the smooth running of our networks, servers, and key technology platforms. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same from providing 1st and 2nd line support, to managing infrastructure, to driving forward key improvements across our systems. What You ll Be Doing Supporting all IT Infrastructure, Networks, and Operations across the EMEAA business. Managing IT assets, including building equipment to required standards. Providing 1st and 2nd line technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues. Troubleshooting across multiple operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS). Assisting with employee onboarding (workstation setup, email configuration, training). Supporting cloud-based services and business-critical applications. Deploying software updates and patches. Documenting solutions and maintaining knowledge bases for improved support. Designing, deploying, configuring, and maintaining infrastructure (servers, networks, storage, cloud environments).
