In this hands-on role, you ll work closely with Support Analysts and fellow Engineers to resolve incidents, identify root causes, and enhance their infrastructure through clear documentation, smart problem-solving and small project delivery. You ll communicate complex issues simply, share knowledge openly, and stay current with evolving technologies, reflecting their commitment to be the best, work as one team and do the right thing in everything they do. What You ll Be Doing Service Delivery Manage and update service desk tickets with clear, accurate detail.Deliver support aligned with their IS strategy and organisational goals.Troubleshoot hardware, software and platform issues with a solution-focused mindset.Provide remote, telephone and on-site support as part of the on-call rota.Complete ad-hoc tasks to maintain a secure, stable and smooth IT environment.
