They are looking for someone who treats the operation as if it were their own. Someone who thrives in a delivery-led environment, understands the realities of surfacing/reinstatement and infrastructure work, and knows how to turn operational activity into strong commercial performance. You will take ownership of revenue growth, operational grip, commercial governance, and profitability.
