This role is based in London, Victoria, and offers hybrid working, with majority of the working week in the office. We recommend discussing arrangements with the hiring manager to find the best fit for both you and the role.The Team:This role will report to the Data and Tech Change Portfolio Director and will involve travel to multiple sites across the country.What you will be responsible for:Define Technical requirements and work with Supplier to build delivery roadmapAct as a key interface between technical teams, stakeholders, and external vendorsProvide technical input and challenge proposals to ensure high-quality outcomesTranslate complex technical concepts into clear updates for non-technical stakeholdersManage risks, issues, dependencies, and ensure smooth handover to support teamsDetermine and define project scope and objectivesDefine Success Criteria, associated KPIs and tracking methodsPredict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient mannerPrepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirementsTrack project costs in order to meet budgetDevelop and manage Project schedules and work planProvide Programme and Project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progressManage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverablesUtilise industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project executionMonitor progress and make adjustments as neededMeasure project performance to identify areas for improvementAccurate and timely status reportingYour skills, experience and qualifications:Experience of working of as an Infrastructure Delivery Lead/Project Manager within the built environment.Experience of successfully managing the delivery of both small-scale rapid delivery projects and large-scale or complex projects.Work within value streams and Centres of Excellence, aligning project goals with business strategyExperience of Managing Technical and MandE Projects.Delivery of Wi-Fi, digital and wayfinding projectsProject Management Professional (PMP) certification (or equivalent) preferredTechnical Systems and Business Project delivery experienceProven ability to solve problems creativelyStrong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practicesExperience of delivering customer facing services and rolling out pilots with clear measures of successThis is a FTC role for 8-9 months.Life and Benefits at LandsecWe have a great benefits package, there to support you with your work-life balance and in moments that matter.
