Infrastructure Capability Manager

Our client, a global organisation, urgently require an experienced Infrastructure Capability Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.In order to be successful, you will have the following experience:Experience gained within a consultancy or systems integrator, delivering services into GovernmentProven senior technical leadership experience across infrastructureStrong people leadership experience, with a track record of building and developing technical teamsSC Cleared (able to obtain DV)Within this role, you will be responsible for:Provide senior technical leadership and strategic direction for the Core Infrastructure domain, working through Principal Architects and Engineers to set standards and patterns.Own and maintain technical standards, reference architectures and approved patterns across all teams and accounts within the domain.Hold accountability for the performance, development and progression of engineers within the capability.Represent the domain within Design Authority and contribute to cross-capability technical coherence.Provide technical arbitration where expert opinion is divided or decisions carry material risk.Lead recruitment decisions for technical roles within the domain, defining requirements and assessing suitability.This represents an excellent opportunity to secure a permanent role within a high profile and dynamic organisation.If you receive suspicious outreach claiming to be from us, please contact us via the ManpowerGroup website. ..... full job details .....
