Infrastructure and Security Administrator

We''re looking for a technically capable and security-focused Infrastructure and Security Administrator to join the Technology team at Sort Group. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IT professional to take on a varied role spanning infrastructure, technical support, networking and cyber security. Working closely with the Chief Information Officer (CIO), you''ll play an important role in maintaining and improving the Group''s technology infrastructure, while helping to ensure our systems remain secure, reliable and fit for continued growth. You''ll also act as a key technical escalation point for the IT team, providing guidance and mentorship to IT Technicians and supporting the delivery of infrastructure and software projects across the Group. Where you''ll be: You''ll be based primarily at our Derby office in Alvaston. The role will also involve periodic travel to other Sort Group sites, with approximately two visits to each site per year alongside additional ad-hoc travel where required to support projects and infrastructure requirements.
