Infrastructure and Network Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Infrastructure and Network Manager to lead the management, security, and continuous improvement of our IT infrastructure and network services. Main Responsibilities for Infrastructure and Network Manager Roles Managing and maintaining the organisation''s IT infrastructure, networks, servers, systems, and cloud services Leading the design, implementation, and support of secure and resilient network solutions Monitoring infrastructure performance, availability, capacity, and security to identify and resolve issues proactively Managing network technologies including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, VPNs, switching, and routing Overseeing infrastructure upgrades, system improvements, installations, and technology change programmes Developing and maintaining IT infrastructure, network, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans Managing suppliers, technology partners, service agreements, and infrastructure-related budgets Ensuring systems and networks comply with information security policies, data protection requirements, and industry best practice Leading the investigation and resolution of complex infrastructure and network incidents Maintaining accurate technical documentation, asset records, configurations, and operational procedures Providing ..... full job details .....
