      <description>Location: London | Salary: &amp;pound;40000 - &amp;pound;50000/annum | Type: Permanent | We are recruiting an Infrastructure Analyst to join a small infrastructure and networking team supporting a multi-site technology environment.  This is a hands on role combining infrastructure support, troubleshooting, incident resolution and project delivery. You'll work across core networking and virtual infrastructure whilst gradually taking on greater ownership of projects and technical improvements.   Hybrid | 3 days in the office | London or Ipswich   Key responsibilities will include:  	 Supporting LAN, WLAN, VPN and wider network infrastructure 	 Maintaining virtualised server infrastructure 	 Troubleshooting infrastructure incidents across multiple platforms 	 Monitoring services and identifying recurring issues 	 Supporting infrastructure changes, upgrades and improvement projects 	 Collaborating with internal technical teams and third-party providers 	 Maintaining accurate and up-to-date technical documentation   We're looking for someone with solid foundational knowledge of networking and virtualisation, alongside practical experience supporting IT infrastructure.
