This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative infrastructure team supporting a modern technology estate across the UK and internationally. You''ll work across a mix of BAU, infrastructure projects and cloud adoption initiatives, with exposure to technologies including Microsoft Azure, VMware, Software Defined WAN and SaaS/IaaS platforms. The role would suit an Infrastructure Analyst or Infrastructure Engineer who enjoys remaining hands-on technically but also wants the opportunity to take ownership of technical delivery, contribute to projects and work with new and emerging technologies.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the delivery, maintenance and continuous improvement of infrastructure servicesProvide technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle, from initial requirements and implementation through to BAU supportTroubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and act as an escalation pointSupport Disaster Recovery and High Availability solutionsWork collaboratively with Infrastructure, Architecture, Project Management and Service Desk teamsContribute to infrastructure transformation and service improvement initiativesCreate and maintain technical documentation, test plans and recovery proceduresSupport knowledge transfer ..... full job details .....
