Infrastructure Analyst

You will join a friendly and collaborative infrastructure team supporting UK and international operations, with the opportunity to work across both business-as-usual services and strategic projects.The organisation is modernising its infrastructure through technologies including software-defined networking and datacentre solutions, alongside the continued migration of core applications to SaaS and IaaS platforms. No two days will be the same, and you will have the scope to broaden your technical knowledge while developing ownership of new technologies and projects.Working closely with Infrastructure, Service Desk, Architecture and Project Management colleagues, you will:Maintain and develop the organisation''s infrastructure and core IT systems.Support the delivery of technical projects from initial evaluation through implementation and transition into BAU support.Provide technical guidance to project managers and other stakeholders.Act as an escalation point for Infrastructure Analysts, helping to resolve complex technical issues.Support infrastructure change, service ..... full job details .....
