Responsibilities Look after on-prem and cloud infrastructure, including servers, storage, VMware and core networking Administer Azure resources such as virtual machines, storage, networking, identity and RBAC Manage Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive Look after Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA and device compliance through Intune Act as the escalation point for complex issues passed up from first and second line support Handle incidents, problems and changes within SLAs, following ITIL processes Apply patches, fix vulnerabilities and help put Zero Trust security controls in place Support migrations, upgrades and cloud modernisation projects Look for ways to automate and simplify, and keep runbooks and documentation up to date Requirements 5+ years of hands-on infrastructure engineering or technical op...
