This developer uses the NHBC Roads and Sewers (R&S) scheme for all adoption-related work. The priority for this role is to coordinate and complete the adoption of legacy sites in order to release financial guarantees and close out longstanding developments. Once these sites are resolved, the role will transition to supporting current live developments as they progress toward adoption. There is strong potential for contract extension or a permanent opportunity, depending on performance and future workload.
