As part of their continued investment in technology, we’re seeking a 1st / 2nd Line IT Technician to join their internal IT team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically capable and service-driven individual to support a professional environment where reliability, discretion, and responsiveness are key.The RoleYou’ll be the first point of contact for IT support across the firm, resolving day-to-day technical issues and escalating where necessary. You’ll also assist with system maintenance, user onboarding, and contribute to ongoing infrastructure improvements.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide 1st and 2nd line support across desktop, laptop, and mobile devicesTroubleshoot issues related to Windows OS, Microsoft 365, printers, and networkingManage user accounts and permissions via Active DirectorySupport legal software applications and liaise with vendors when neededAssist with hardware setups, upgrades, and office movesMaintain documentation and contribute to knowledge base updatesWhat We’re Looking ForPrevious experience in a 1st or 2nd line IT support roleStrong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, and Active DirectoryExcellent communication skills and a calm, professional mannerAbility to work independently and manage multiple support requestsExperience in a legal or professional services environment is a bonusWhat’s on OfferSalary up to £28,000Supportive and collaborative team cultureExposure to legal tech and secure IT environmentsOpportunities for training and career developmentCentral Bradford location with excellent transport linksLocationBradford, England, United ..... full job details .....
