As IT Manager, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and developing their IT systems and infrastructure. You will ensure seamless operations, safeguard data, and provide essential technical support that empowers their team to create, collaborate, and innovate at every level.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and maintain computer systems, networks, and software applications.
Provide timely technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
Manage user accounts, access controls, and ensure data integrity.
Monitor and maintain network security, implementing safeguards against cyber threats.
Plan and coordinate the installation, configuration, and regular updates of software and systems.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for system improvements and upgrades.
Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in IT support, infrastructure management, and system administration.
Strong working knowledge of operating systems, networking, and commonly used software applications.
Experience in managing IT security protocols and best practices.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and proactively.
