Information Technology Business Partner

Quest Search and Selection is currently hiring Information Technology Business Partner. This role acts as a strategic interface between the business and the IT function. They champion IT within the business by translating business requirements into clear IT solutions, from scoping change initiatives through to successful delivery. This company is a leading international logistics operator, delivering customers and freight services globally. Responsibilities of this Information Technology Business Partner- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as the primary interface between IT and the business Understand and translate both tactical and strategic business requirements into value-driven IT initiatives Translate operational business needs into clear technology solutions, ensuring IT initiatives are aligned with strategic objectives and deliver measurable value. Monitor project delivery, risks and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders while driving continuous improvement across systems, processes and user adoption Lead demand management and prioritisation, balancing BAU and transformation activity across the business Drive delivery of change initiatives (e.g. CRM transformation), working closely with internal teams and third-party suppliers, and providing regular Steering Committee updates Open to working with different partners in head office such as Marketing, Finance, Commercial , HR etc (you will have key ownership of ..... full job details .....
