Partner with C-suite and project teams to embed security into every initiative.Lead penetration testing, vulnerability management, and application security.Drive risk assessments across change, third-party vendors, and new solutions.Support incident response, from investigation to remediation.Align policies and controls with ISO 27001, NIST CSF, Cyber Essentials and more.Champion security awareness and clear communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.What you’ll bring

8+ years in information security, ideally within financial services.CISSP (essential) and other relevant certifications a plus.Hands-on skills across AWS, DevSecOps, scripting, and security tooling.Strong application security knowledge (OWASP, SDLC, DevSecOps).Proven ability to balance strategy with delivery in a lean, agile environment.Play a pivotal role in a mission-driven FinTech transforming global payments.Shape a growing security function while staying hands-on with the tech.Collaborative culture, visible impact, and direct access to senior leadership.Competitive package, hybrid working, and excellent benefits.Seniority level
