This is a Grade 8 (indicative) role working 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday, sitting within the Housing and Modernisation directorate''s Customer Experience team. What you will be doing: Managing the client''s-inbox, assessing and allocating incoming FOI, EIR, DPA and SAR requests Handling Council wide and Data Protection Act 2018 Schedule 2 requests, including from police, HMRC and other local authorities Logging and tracking requests to ensure responses are dispatched within statutory time limits Identifying and sourcing information, applying exemptions and redacting data as required Supporting FOI, DPA and EIR compliance across departments and liaising with the Information Commissioner''s Office What you will need: Working knowledge of FOI, EIR, DPA and GDPR legislation Experience managing a busy caseload and meeting statutory deadlines Strong communication skills across all levels of the organisation Analytical skills for handling data and producing performance information Confident IT skills, including word...
