Information Officer - Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) Location: Hackney - E8 Directorate: Children and Families Services Pay: 19.98 Per Hour PAYE/ 26.92 Per Hour Umbrella Start: ASAP Length: 2 Months Role OverviewWe are seeking a resilient and organised individual to provide vital administrative support to our Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH). You will be the first point of contact, answering incoming duty calls from both the public and professionals in a helpful, concise, and professional manner.In this fast-paced, high-volume environment, you will load time-sensitive contact data, manage sensitive records, triage inquiries, and support safeguarding decisions through meticulous database checks and thorough data gathering. You will play a crucial role in ensuring information is shared accurately and quickly to protect and promote the wellbeing of children and families across Hackney.Key ResponsibilitiesData Management and Quality: Accurately load and log contact data for children and young people requiring help or protection within agreed timescales. Support system maintenance, data cleansing, and the resolution of system discrepancies.Information Scrutiny and Reporting: Conduct thorough database checks across multiple IT systems.
