Information Governance Officer Contract - Paying up to £193 Per Day, Inside IR35, Based in Bristol, Hybrid Working, To Start ASAPYour new role We are seeking an Information Governance Officer to join a busy organisation on a contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced information governance professional to support information rights, data protection and records management activities within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.The successful candidate will play a key role in responding to information requests, ensuring compliance with GDPR and data protection legislation, and working closely with stakeholders across the business to provide accurate and timely information.Key Responsibilities:Manage and respond to Freedom of Information (FOI), Environmental Information Regulations (EIR) and Subject Access Requests (SARs)Ensure compliance with GDPR, Data Protection legislation and information governance policiesLiaise with stakeholders across the organisation to obtain information and coordinate responses to requestsReview information and make informed decisions regarding disclosure and redactionSupport records management activities, including retention and disposal processesProvide practical guidance on information governance and best practiceMaintain accurate records and documentation relating to information requestsWhat you''ll need to succeed Experience handling FOI, EIR and Subject Access RequestsGood working knowledge of GDPR and Data ..... full job details .....
