Information Governance Officer

BDS are currently looking to recruit an Information Governance Officer to work with a well-known housing organisation based in Manchester.

Your role will be to assist in providing a proactive, risk-based approach to Information Governance across the organisation.

Your duties will include;

• Coordinate requests for support and advice to the IG team
• Assist with the manmagement of data breach reporting and evidence gathering.
• Manage the processing and delivery of access to information and subjects right requests.
• Be responsible for regularly reviewing and updating the online prescence of IG team.

Salary - circa £38,000

35 hours per week

Hybrid –  2 days per week in the office

Maternity Cover initially until March 2026.
