Information and Data AnalystBelfast 17.75 per hour Belfast City CouncilThe OpportunityPrime Recruitment Services are currently recruiting for an Information and Data Analyst to support Belfast City Council''s Waste and Fleet Logistics team.This is a data-focused operational role, responsible for maintaining accurate information, analysing performance data and producing reports that support effective waste collection services across domestic and commercial operations.The successful candidate will work with operational systems and databases, investigate and interpret complex information, and provide evidence to support management decisions, complaints, Freedom of Information (FOI) requests and service improvements.The RoleYou will be responsible for ensuring operational data is accurate, up to date and effectively used to support service delivery. The role combines data entry, data analysis, reporting, systems support and information management, with regular interaction across operational teams and stakeholders.You will also provide support with route planning and optimisation, GIS mapping, operational systems and data quality, as well as providing cover for the Route Balancing and Optimisation Officer when required.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update accurate operational data across relevant systems and databases.Analyse complex waste collection data to identify trends, gaps and opportunities for improved service delivery.Produce regular and ad hoc management reports, ..... full job details .....
