Responsible for maintaining, updating and inputting data into the services operational route and customer relationship systems, analysing key performance metrics and producing detailed operational and management reports, both structured and ad hoc. Additionally, the postholder will manage service specific information requests including freedom of information requests, stage complaints and management information, preparing and analysing data as appropriate and providing responses to queries.
