Information and Data Analyst 3 month Temp Contract Start Date: 19 October 26 Belfast Main purpose of job Responsible to the relevant Waste Collection Manager through the Route Balancing and Optimisation Officer, for the provision of accurate data entry, systems management and analytical support to optimise daily Service operations across all waste streams domestic and commercial. Responsible for maintaining, updating and inputting data into the services operational route and customer relationship systems, analysing key performance metrics and producing detailed operational and management reports, both structured and ad hoc. Additionally, the postholder will manage service specific information requests including freedom of information requests, stage complaints and management information, preparing and analysing data as appropriate and providing responses to queries. Summary of responsibilities and personal duties Input, maintain and update accurate operational data within relevant systems to ensure reliability of information and support route planning and design. Undertake comprehensive data analysis across waste collection operations to identify trends, gaps and opportunities to improve service delivery and efficiency. Collate and interpret complex statistical data to produce regular management and ad hoc reports, performance dashboards and analytical summaries for senior management.
