Information and Advice Manager 36.25 hours per week Ref IAM726 Hours to be worked flexibly Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm Ref: £30-33K per annum, plus pension and 30 days annual leave plus public holidays An exciting opportunity for an experienced or aspiring manager to lead our Information, Advice and Welfare Benefits Service, supporting people aged 50 and over to live the life they choose and to obtain the benefits and services to which they are entitled. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Information and Advice Service Manager to lead our highly regarded service and support the continued development of our advice offer. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a skilled team, maintain high-quality standards, and help shape services that make a real difference to older people in Sheffield You will have the ability to lead and develop a specialist team of advisors, have excellent time management and IT skills, be comfortable managing a case load of customers and organising our response to high levels of demand for our services. You will be a people person, highly organised and skilled at practical problem-solving and planning. You will be passionate about promoting older people''s independence.
