About the Role Develop and maintain an effective referral system for information and advice, collaborating across the Lifelong Learning Service, council, and external providers. Maintain a comprehensive, up-to-date resource base covering careers, learning opportunities, and support programmes. Liaise with local partners in the Information, Advice and Guidance Partnership to ensure a cohesive network of advice services, referring individuals to appropriate support when needed. Signpost adult learners to the most appropriate programmes within Adult Learning. Work with young people aged 16-25, helping them progress into education, employment or training through tailored guidance. Represent Lifelong Learning at careers fairs and employer events, promoting our services and opportunities.
