Build and nurture relationships with influencers and creators across podcast platforms;Identify promising shows and negotiate win-win deals;Manage podcast influencer campaigns to hit performance goals and KPIs;Handle daily campaign logistics, from reports and invoices to budgets and timelines;Bring fresh ideas to the table and help shape creative influencer strategies;Follow industry trends;Work closely with the marketing team to align cross-channel efforts
