Responsibilities of the Industrialisation Engineer: Take part in continuous improvement activities using structured improvement methodologies, statistical improvement methods, and structured problem-solving tools. Identify and deliver productivity, cost, and quality improvements across site operations. Support the deployment of standardised work practices and visual management systems. Facilitate structured problem-solving activities with cross-functional teams. Develop process failure mode and effects analyses, process flow documentation, standard operating procedures, and process control plans. Support tooling changes, factory material flow, process optimisation, and throughput improvements.
