Industrial Team Leader

Connect Appointments is recruiting an Industrial Team Leader for a permanent, full-time position based in Grangemouth. Our client is an established industrial services business operating across multiple sites in Scotland.

• Permanent position, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm (early finish on Fridays)
• -14.80 per hour plus shift allowances, project bonuses and enhanced overtime

As an Industrial Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and supervising a team while promoting a strong health and safety culture
• Overseeing industrial operations including chemical cleaning, tank cleaning, water jetting and environmental response
• Liaising with depot teams and site contacts, including audits, permits and worksafe observations
• Driving company vehicles including towing equipment and carrying out daily defect checks
• Supporting safe and efficient project delivery across multiple sites

The ideal Industrial Team Leader will have:

• Proven team leadership experience and a full UK driving licence
• Strong knowledge of working at height and in confined spaces
• Experience using high-pressure water jetting equipment
• Relevant certifications such as CCNSG, First Aid, MEWP 3a/3b and Forklift (preferred)
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
