Industrial Sales ManagerFareham / Field based Salary: £50-70k Our client, a UK-based manufacturer of bespoke industrial heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems is looking for an Industrial Sales Manager.The client has over 40 years experience of in-house manufacturing, design and build of high-performance systems for industries including food processing, refrigeration, power generation, and industrial cooling.Their strength lies in combining engineering expertise with full manufacturing control them to deliver one of a kind reliable, tailored solutions from concept through to production. About the Role The Sales Manager must be a technically strong to develop business across bespoke industrial solutions, you will be selling engineered, application-specific equipment where technical understanding and solution design are essential. You will work closely with engineering and production teams to convert complex requirements into deliverable solutions.Key Responsibilities • Develop new and existing industrial customer accounts across UK markets • Identify and win new project opportunities in industrial cooling and refrigeration • Interpret customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions • Prepare technical quotations and proposals in collaboration with engineering teams • Manage long-term customer relationships and key accounts • Attend site visits, technical meetings, and industry events • Support business growth strategy through structured pipeline ..... full job details .....
