As you lead the IR strategy, you will partner internally with SLT, generalist HR and several recognised TU''s. You will lead on multiple collective bargaining agreements, address legacy TandC''s and support major organisational change programmes. You will deal with complex issues on site, notably including working patterns. Your population is concentrated in two London-based sites as well as a site in the Midlands and the North.
