Apply protective coatings using brush and roller in accordance with project specifications and manufacturer guidelines. Mix and prepare paints and coatings to the correct ratios and ensure products are used within their specified pot life. Carry out surface preparation to achieve the required standard before paint application. Inspect completed work to ensure the required finish, coverage and quality standards are achieved. Safely use and maintain painting tools, equipment and access systems. Comply with all health, safety and environmental procedures, including the correct use of PPE and RPE Maintain high standards of housekeeping, ensuring work areas remain clean, organised and free from hazards.
