Salary: -37k Base + up to -7k uplift DOE

What You''ll Be Doing:
- Supporting the Paint Shop Supervisor in daily operations
- Leading a skilled team of painters and technicians
- Ensuring top-tier finishes and compliance with safety standards
- Managing paint inventory and equipment
- Driving continuous improvement and lean practices
What You''ll Bring:
- Experience in industrial coatings (polyurethane, epoxy, etc.)
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- A keen eye for detail and quality assurance
- Passion for safety and process excellence
