Property Manager

to join a growing real estate investment and advisory platform. The role focuses on the day-to-day management of a diverse UK industrial and logistics portfolio, with exposure to asset management initiatives such as refurbishments, leasing and acquisitions/disposals. This is a hands-on position that requires strong organisational skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to build positive relationships with tenants, contractors and stakeholders. This is an opportunity to join a company early in their journey who hold bold growth plans and this person will be pivotal in supporting the asset management function and setting up their in-house property management function. Manage the day-to-day property operations of an industrial and logistics portfolio.Prepare and oversee service charge budgets.Monitor lease compliance, rent collection, and tenant engagement.Coordinate refurbishments, fit-outs and maintenance programmes.Carry out site visits, inspections and contractor oversight.Support asset management projects, including leasing, acquisitions, disposals and refurbishment strategies.Contribute to broader portfolio strategy and performance reviews.About You / Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in commercial property management.Ideally MRICS-qualified (or working towards).Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive, hands-on approach.Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.Confident using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.The Offer
