This is a key management role, responsible for ensuring the factory is cleaned and sanitised to the highest food safety and hygiene standards, ready for daily production. Key Responsibilities Manage and lead the night shift hygiene team. Ensure all cleaning schedules are completed to the required standard. Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene and health & safety regulations. Carry out hygiene inspections and audits. Manage hygiene chemicals, equipment and stock levels. Train, coach and develop hygiene team members. Work closely with Production and Technical departments to maintain factory standards. Complete all relevant documentation and reports accurately.
