Industrial Hygiene Manager (Night Shift)

Location: HU7 Area
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:30pm - 3:00am
Salary: -40,000 - -55,000 per annum (depending on experience)

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Industrial Hygiene Manager to lead our night shift hygiene team within a busy food manufacturing facility.

This is a key management role, responsible for ensuring the factory is cleaned and sanitised to the highest food safety and hygiene standards, ready for daily production.

• Manage and lead the night shift hygiene team.
• Ensure all cleaning schedules are completed to the required standard.
• Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene and health & safety regulations.
• Carry out hygiene inspections and audits.
• Manage hygiene chemicals, equipment and stock levels.
• Train, coach and develop hygiene team members.
• Work closely with Production and Technical departments to maintain factory standards.
• Complete all relevant documentation and reports accurately.

• Previous hygiene management experience within a food manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Good understanding of food safety standards, HACCP and hygiene best practices.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• A proactive approach with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.

• Competitive salary of -40,00055,000 per annum.
• Monday to Friday working pattern - weekends free.
