Reporting to the Operations Director, you will play a key role in driving productivity, improving manufacturing performance and supporting future growth. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop a team of Industrial EngineersDrive Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiativesImprove productivity, labour efficiency, quality and throughputDevelop labour standards, time studies and capacity planning modelsOptimise manufacturing processes, factory layouts and material flowSupport New Product Introduction (NPI) and Design for Manufacture (DFM)Monitor and improve KPIs including OEE, productivity and utilisationLead value stream mapping and process improvement projectsSupport automation, process optimisation and capital investment projectsCollaborate with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain and Quality teams About YouDegree qualified in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical or Electromechanical EngineeringPrevious experience leading Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering teamsStrong Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement experienceExperience ..... full job details .....
