The Opportunity As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, improving and sustaining manufacturing processes that enhance productivity, quality, safety, and cost performance across complex automotive production operations. You will work closely with manufacturing, quality, logistics, engineering and operational teams to ensure production targets are achieved while supporting future growth and innovation. Key Responsibilities Manufacturing Process Optimisation Design and improve manufacturing processes to achieve productivity, quality and cost objectives. Develop process flows, manufacturing layouts and workstation designs. Create and maintain standard operating procedures and best practice documentation.
