Industrial Engineer

You will play a pivotal role in validating productivity assumptions, driving operational efficiency, and supporting budget planning across both Retail and Ecommerce operations. Working closely with Operations, Finance, and Continuous Improvement teams, you''ll use work study methodologies, data analysis, and process improvement techniques to ensure productivity measures are accurate, sustainable, and commercially robust. This role offers exposure to a wide range of operational areas and the opportunity to directly influence business performance and future growth. This is a full-time permanent role working Monday to Friday 08:00 to 16:00. Some flexibility is required.
