A typical week may look something like: 37.5 hours paid at standard rate First 2 hours per day over 7.5 hours paid at flat rate Any additional hours paid at 1.5x Saturdays paid at 1.5x Sundays paid at 2x Weekend work is considered extremely uncommon and reportedly has not been required for a considerable period.
