Industrial Electrician

Nelson Permanent Placements are working with our client who are Industrial Electrician. This is an excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Industrial Electrician to join a leading engineering services company working at a busy manufacturing facility in Burton Latimer. This is a varied and hands-on role carrying out both reactive maintenance and planned electrical work across site. The successful candidate will join a professional maintenance team supporting critical operations within a fast-paced industrial environment. To be considered for this role as an Industrial Electrician you will have: Previous experience working within a manufacturing, industrial or production environment NVQ Level 3, City and Guilds, BTEC or equivalent Electrical qualification 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification Experience working with 415VAC-24VDC systems and knowledge of 3 phase and single phase motors Experience installing and maintaining lighting circuits and LED lighting systems Experience with containment systems including ladder rack, conduit and baske and experience with cable glanding including SWA and SY cables ATEX glanding experience would be advantageous Experience with panel wiring, control panels and safety circuits Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and wiring diagrams Good understanding of BS60204 and IP2X standards Strong awareness of health and safety within industrial environments Good communication and customer service skills ..... full job details .....
