Our client is an Electrical and Mechanical Service and Maintenance company involved with electrical systems such as industrial motors, motor control gear, pumps, drives, and automation solutions and are looking to recruit an Electrical Workshop / Field Service Engineer within their Stirlingshire offices. With a vast service capability, they are able to supply specific high-quality services to clients such as maintenance, instillation, service, and onsite repair to all industrial process companies and manufactures within Central Scotland.
The Role
This role requires applicants who are able to fault find and repair AC/DC Motors and Drives, Pumps, Control Gear, Control Panels, PLC’s, Invertors, Variable Speed Drives, Soft Starter, and Instrumentation. The role involves the repair of these products either in the customers premises or back in our client’s workshop facilities.
The Person
The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate a strong electrical engineering track record with some or all of these products- motors, drives, pumps, controls, variable speed drives, sensors, switchgear, terminals, push buttons, or sensors. Experience of working for or with large and small end-users or for other electronic/electrical service providers or production companies will give you experience required for this role, as is the ability to work autonomously and under your own steam. A steady career history will aid to the credibility of the successful applicant’s application.
You will receive a package based on a £39-44K basic salary + OT (enhanced rate), company vehicle, Mobile Phone, pension, and holidays.
