Key responsibilities: Develop and manage a caseload of Military, disease and injury matters Effectively and efficiently conduct cases on behalf of clients in accordance with the overall policies and objectives of the firm; Develop local business to secure referrals; Participate in the development, marketing and success of the Military Department Key Requirements The successful candidate will: Be a qualified Solicitor in England and Wales and hold a current practising certificate Be grade A or B Have proven experience managing a complex caseload of either military claims or complex personal injury / industrial disease claims Exceptional legal expertise and strong advocacy skills. Have a Good track record of consistently achieving billing and time recording targets Have an ability to demonstrate empathy, compassion, and professionalism when advising clients and their families on complex and often emotionally challenging issues.
