Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an Industrial Disease Solicitor to join a highly regarded team in Manchester.You will become part of a collaborative and supportive environment that is committed to delivering exceptional client care whilst providing genuine opportunities for career development and progression.Your new role This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor through to approximately 5 years'' PQE to join an established asbestos and occupational disease team.You will manage your own caseload of litigated industrial disease matters whilst supporting senior lawyers on complex and high-value claims. The team acts for individuals suffering from a broad range of occupational illnesses and respiratory conditions, providing meaningful and rewarding work that makes a genuine difference to clients and their families.Your responsibilities:Managing a caseload of asbestos and occupational disease claims from inception through to resolution.Handling a range of cases including mesothelioma, asbestos-related lung cancer, asbestosis, pleural thickening, occupational asthma, silicosis and other workplace-related illnesses.Running litigated matters independently with appropriate supervision.Assisting partners and senior solicitors on complex and high-value claims.Drafting pleadings, witness statements and ..... full job details .....
