This includes mentoring Junior Lawyers, deepening client relationships and supporting business development initiatives.The role offers exposure to high-profile and technically demanding work, alongside the opportunity to help shape strategy within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLeading on a diverse caseload of defendant disease claims across fast-track, multi-track and DCP mattersHandling complex and high-value claims, including:Asbestos-related diseaseNoise-Induced Hearing Loss (NIHL)Hand-Arm Vibration Syndrome (HAVS)Employers'' Liability and Public Liability (EL/PL) claimsActing as a senior point of contact for clients, providing strategic and commercially focused adviceSupervising, mentoring and supporting the development of junior ..... full job details .....
