The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting our attorneys by conducting legal research, preparing documents, and managing case files. This position requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen understanding of legal procedures. Duties Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy. Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and correspondence. Organise and maintain case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Assist attorneys in trial preparation by compiling evidence and preparing exhibits. Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and court personnel as required. Manage schedules and deadlines using Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook and Word. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with legal standards. Skills Proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong IT skills with experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Exceptional time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
