CareerMakers Recruitment is currently looking for Industrial Cleaners on behalf of our client based in Preston.
Your main duties will involve:
- Sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing
- Performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities
- Carrying out deep cleaning and detailed cleaning tasks
- Notifying management of deficiencies or repairs required
- Carry out cleaning on building sites before they are handed over to the client.
- Working in a dusty environment, due to the nature of the industry.
- Using general cleaning equipment along with machinery such as vacuum cleaners and scrubber dryer machines.
To apply for this role, you will need:
- Attention to detail and familiarity with industrial equipment / warehousing.
- A can-do and team-spirited attitude
- A valid CSCS card due to working on construction sites
- Previous experience of Industrial Cleaning is preferred (builders cleans).
- Strong organisation and communication skills.
Operatives will be picked up from their homes at around 6am - 6:30am.
Pay rate: 12.71- p/h
Working hours:-Monday - Friday, 7am - 4pm
